Here is a short introduction to all the lessons we have to offer.
At Active English, students engage in dynamic language activities that enhance their reading, writing and speaking skills through interactive lessons and projects.
Active Maths offers hands-on learning experiences to make mathematics engaging and accessible, fostering a love for numbers and problem-solving through practical application.
Active Afrikaans uses immersive activities, including the use of traditional Afrikaans songs, an enjoyable and fun method that makes learning easier.
We offer:
• Active English, Active Maths, and Active Afrikaans for Pre-schoolers at nursery schools or at a centre in the franchisee’s service area. Our lessons are designed around engaging themes, with each session featuring a fun craft activity related to the theme. Parents receive a feedback note that details the theme, the vocabulary introduced and practical tips for extending learning at home.
• Active English, Active Maths, and Active Afrikaans Grades (Gr 1 – Matric)
We offer selected lessons at various Active English centres in a Franchisee’s area. We proudly feature our unique Phono-Visual Programme, the only one of its kind in the world, which received a commendation from North West University Professor Coetzee-Van Rooy. Our programmes are designed to foster a love for Afrikaans, Maths, reading and much more, helping to create a solid educational foundation for every child.
The Active Drama Studio provides a creative platform for students to express themselves, build confidence and develop public speaking skills through performances and dramatic arts.
We offer this as an ADD-ON.
The Science Club ignites curiosity and a passion for discovery by involving students in exciting experiments, explorations and scientific discussions.
